Bio

Kathy Falls, has been in the business of photography  for over 40 years. Kathy has been on numerous boards of directors for professional photographic associations and arts councils in several areas. She is a past President
of the Professional Photographers of Northwest Ohio. Kathy has lectured internationally and served as a national and local juror of art shows and photographic competitions.  She is included in "Who's Who of the Midwest", “Who’s Who in America”, “Who’s Who of American Women”,
and  “Who’s Who in the World”. She has won many international awards for photography and art work including the Fuji Masterpiece Award, was named "Artist of the Year" twice from the Professional Photographers of
Michigan, "Out of State Electronic Imager of the Year" from the Photographic Art Specialists of Ohio, and in 2010 included in the top seven Master Photographers in the state of Michigan. She has exhibited in  many art galleries including the prestigious Scarab Club of  Detroit and has work in private collections  including the Monroe Public Library System, Monroe County Historical Museum, The Sawyer Homestead,  and the Archives of Notre Dame.
Kathy holds four professional degrees including Master Photographer,Master Artist, Master Electronic Imaging, and Photographic Craftsman. She was also awarded the Michigan Service Award from the Professional Photographers of Michigan.
A former instructor in photography and desktop publishing for Monroe County Community College, Kathy was also a juror for the U.S. Congressional High School Annual Art Competition for the 16th District. Kathy is a much sought after instructor and has given programs on a professional level throughout the United States and Canada including the International Photographic Art School in Indianapolis, Indiana. She has also had many articles published
in the American Photographic Artist's Guild "Palette Page" and the Professional Photographer Magazine.
 Kathy Falls owns and operates Kathy Falls Studio  a  portrait studio and art gallery in the quaint rural community of Camden, Michigan
